It happens after loading the default Cessna while in the sim.   It happens whatever I choose and the only way I can change is to restart FSX.

 

Any help or advise please?

Most likely not all of the parts for the default Cessna are where they belong when they are 'called' to be rendered by FSX.  What happens if you select the default Cessna at the startup screen instead?  Submit an AppCrashReport (see AVSIM CTD Guide in pinned topic).  Tell us something about your computer system.
