To answer the question; how many new topics are created every week? Above is your answer for the last three months of 2013.

Okay, so how many posts are made in response to topics created or that previously existing? Nearly 80,000 in the last three months.

How many Personal Messages have been sent? Interesting answer!

The most popular statistic; which forum earned the highest amount of activity over the last three months. This quarter's winner, not unexpectedly, is P3D!

Very interesting ... would be really nice if we could see weekly or even daily summary listed some where ... like Today's Top 10 or something similar.  Thanks for posting this info Tom.

Yes, but remove any forums not directly related to flight simulation (like Hanger Chat).

That can't happen unless I just limit it to the top five or so. And that doesn't reflect a true assessment of the forum activity.

I remember a few years back seeing a most popular boards widget.  It was always a race between PMDG and the FSX forum, but it was a neat statistic to see.  I believe it was limited to 3 or 5 forums.   This table was particularly fun to see during the leadup to the release of the NGX.

Whew... us 3 must've been really busy in there, then!  :)

Really interesting stats ... whatever happened in Week 46 to create that PM storm I wonder?
