Does anyone happens to know which addon makes my FS9's streams lower than surrounding terrain, it looks like trench. Thanks.

Ultimate Terrain - probably - you can set "stream depth" in the interface - IIRC...

If you're not using UT, right at the top of the terrain.cfg file (in your main FS9 folder) is this kind of thing:

 

//Stream Lines
[Texture.1024] //  stream lines / unknown / perennial
Type=1
Size=4
ExcludeAutogen=1
MaskClassMap=3
Textures=RiverSU.bmp
offset=-10
 

I assume that last line means there will  be a 10 ft trench.  Try making that offset= number closer to 0 to minimize it?  Restart FS to see the changes.

 

There appear to be two of them, both at the top of the file.
