Prepar3d v2 Not Starting

Featured Replies

Hey everyone, I need a little bit of help

For some reason my game isn't loading at all. I press on my launcher, the load screen pops up for about 10 seconds, then disappears completely. I've opened up the task manager to watch the process, and it looks like it just kills the process itself for some reason. I have absolutely no idea why this is happening.

Before this happened, I was installing FSInn, then changed the program version to let FSInn work again. Since then, the sim won't start at all. I've even tried running my backup copies of the launcher, and no dice. I have also tried removing the prepar3d.cfg files, and that also didn't work.

Any and all help would be appreciated, thanks!

ttaylor0024,

"Me" would start by uninstalling FSinn first, then see if V2 will start.........if not, then "maybe" a repair install of V2 is in order.

Just a process of elimination.

Good luck friend.

Also rename or delete ( backup ) your dll.xml and exe.xml if you have them, besides the main prepar3d.cfg those are the other two files called on startup
