January 4, 201412 yr Watching episode one of the UK Channel 4 documentary series "Terror in the Skies", I was amazed to see (about 15 minutes in) a L1101 sporting the TWA logo (and lit up). This was as an A380 was landing, so it's not old film, unless the film company goofed somehow.. Any idea what this can be? Martin Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)

January 4, 201412 yr I would think only the odd TWA livery in storage, certainly not at an airport with an L1011 And 727....but No doubt we'll being seeing a new aircraft with TWA scheme soon :yahoo: -ANDY GREENFlight Diary Account : http://flightdiary.net/SpeedBird7735 Hours experience in Grob 115, 30 minutes in Grob 102 10 Hours in Grob 109 PLUS SOLO! 23rd November 2013!
January 4, 201412 yr Author Can only assume, though the sequence was supposed to show a Qantas A380 landing, it's archive film they used - and got things very wrong! Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
