January 8, 201412 yr Not the best topic heading but hope someone can help with this I have a Saitek yoke and throttle and use Opus for my weather and use their camera's for looking around and effects and herein lies my problem I am using the PMDG 777 and have configured my throttles using fsuipc for each engine but because I have to have enable controller ticked because simconnect is required for opus cameras to work with my button assignment on the yoke so I have the problem of one throttle controlling both engines and one throttle controlling no2 eng,If I untick the enable controller then everything works the way I want but I cant change camera views any ideas on a way that I can achieve both? I've had a look on fsx settings and as far as I can see I have no throttle set on the use joystick option thanks Pete Little

January 22, 201412 yr hey bro, what you have done is correct, you disable the controller in FSX but that means you have to reassign EVERY axis and button in FSUIPC. So whatever button you use to look around with needs to be set in FSUIPC. The FSX settings now have no effect for you. I believe what you do is, (dont have ipc infront of me right now) but go into the buttons tab, then start moving the button that you wan tot use for your camera then it shoudl detect that button and you just assign it to the camera action. Hope I got your question right.. I don't see any reason why you would have to have joystick enabled in FSX to allow your weather addon or simconnect to work..
