Eaglesoft Citation X shuts down after a couple minutes

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've been using the Eaglesoft Citation X version 2 for a long time. It was working  wonderfully.  Suddenly the whole plane shuts down in mid-flight after some amount of minutes!  Power goes out, engines go, I can't turn electric back  on.

It happened once before and I forget what I did to fix it :(

Anyone with any ideas ?

Thanks

jj

If you had used our support forums you would have been instructed to reinstall from a fresh download w/AV disabled and run as Administrator. That is your solution. B)

I could never get that plane to fly straight....

Hmm. Hundreds of others sure have though. B)

I would have loved to have used your support forum.  However, I am hear because I registered for your forum 2 weeks to the day and have yet to been able to get in.

In fact looking through my emails, I apparently had the same issue registering on your forum.

It is a great plane - the best private jet for FSX I've seen yet.

Thanks
