I have loaded the latest version of fs2crew button which seems to work ok. But I have lost all the livery versions; only in-house schemes available. Why is that?

When you installed SP1C from PMDG, I think it wiped your liveries.

 

Please confirm that with PMDG.

 

You'll need to restore your liveries.

 

FS2Crew itself doesn't touch your liveries.
