How can I get this to stop popping up, have chked my assignments????

I knew there is an option, searched all the menus I could imagine where it could be, but didn't find it ... in the first spot. Next step: searching the manual - I found the option in chapter 5.5:

 

"To get a quick description of the instruments in the panel, open the Instructions dialog box from the About menu and check the box labeled Show instrument instructions in the cockpit. After closing the window, you’ll see a description of an instrument whenever you hold the mouse over it"

Thank you, I remember changing this for the SAAB while chking out things but could not remember where I did it. Age is a terrible thing. Thank you again
