I'm considering purchasing the DC-3 pack, I'm running FSX sp2 Acc on a Win 7 64 system, does the XC-47 amphibian work on FSX and does it come with the FSX download package ?

Yes and yes.  Just be sure to pay attention to the installation path, which is different for 64bit and needs to be changed from the default path of the installer.
