Hey all... I did some searching but I couldnt come up with anything helpful. I decided to make a little video to do all the explaining for me. Anyone know specifically what causes this? Video card or memory? Thanks.www.idratherbeflying.net/Videos/stutter.wmv

It looks to me as if it has to do with texture loading as you move in a 360 degree circle around the moving aircraft in clouds...Try posting your config (incl. video drivers) in the hardware forum and I'm sure you'll get more suggestions than you know what to do with :-)
