I've been trying to use the more advanced parts of RC4, and found this while looking it over for anything I missed, is this for a second and 3rd route? Or for step climb?

In the RC manual rcv43.pdf please read about alternate airports in the Missed Approach section and Alternate airports section starting on page 57.
