Need to redownload purchased product

Recommended Posts

In deleting the planes without winglets (never us them), I took off the entire PMDG 737 NGX.  Probably not the smartest move, just trying to save some space on my computer.   Anyway to my question, how do I reinstall PMDG?

Going in your ngx exe and using the repair  option will solve your issue,  unless if you  deleted  it  than you need to purchase   the extended download purchase.

I purchased the extended download purchase.  Tried to reinstall PMDG 737 and I get this error, "The setup has detected that no version of pmdg 737 8900 NGX is installed.  This update requires that a previous version of the application be installed."  Where do I go from here?

Where do I go from here?

You need to install the 800/900 first, and then you can install the 600/700.

I was trying to install the 800/900.  I haven't even touched the 600/700.

There should be a knowledge article on this issue over at Support.PrecisionManuals.com (can't link to it because my office firewall doesn't agree with PMDG's site for some reasons).

Have a look there.
