Not sure if I can post the below link or not, but it does seem a very interesting initiative taken by two of the best community developers.The cool part is that it's being offered free to third party developers to use in their products.Really hoping great things for this piece of software and hope that PMDG could somehow implement this in future products.

As with all of these announcements that the weather makers are providing of late:  When we see the proof of concept we'll be able to comment further.

 

FWIW:  I read the statement and I know a bunch of the "first time" claims to not be accurate.

 

There has been a really ugly trend of late where the weather engine makers seem to be piling on one another in a rush to claim first-this and first-that.  It is unfortunate to watch and really detracts from credibility.
