February 18, 201412 yr Hi, I hope this is the correct place to ask for help. I did something stupid in restoring my FSX drive. The drive is 1TB, with a single partition. I was using EaseUS Todo, which I've used often before, but must have fouled up, since I now have in Disk Management, Disk 1 System Reserved 100MB NTFS Healthy (system, Active). Is there a way, in Win7, to get rid of this new System Reserved partition, and restore the disk to a normal data drive? If so, I can carefully restore the contents from a backup. February 19, 201412 yr I think there is, but I do not know exactly how to do it. If nobody here knows the answer you can post in the hard drive forum at OCN http://www.overclock.net/f/20/hard-drives-storage or over at sevenfourms for a Win7 OS. If you have Win8 there is a forum for that. http://www.sevenforums.com/
February 19, 201412 yr Author Thanks. I may try over there. I've had a live chat with EasUS, which may lead to a solution. Don't know yet, but I'm always optimistic.
