Hi,

Can anyone recommend the best grass textures to use, I don't like the default and the REX4 version isn't a lot better.

Any bright ideas please?

Thanks

Phil

New to me that REX4 has grass textures.

There's a freeware grass tool called Picnic, you may find it with Google.

Hi Spirit

Yep, REX 4 has grass, you'll find it under airports - terrain bumpmap.

I'll have a look at your suggestion later when I get home.

Thanks

Phil

This doesn't change the grass textures in the whole FS, that's quite a difference.

Hi Spirit,

I'm using Photoscenery only, I assure you that if I land anywhere that isn't an airport, say a local farmers field, I get the REX4 grass textures! I know this to be true because I can change between the two types, therefore, to me it appears to be global!

Thanks for your tip re Picnic, that's looking very promising
