Have you tried rebooting the computer? It seems like it could be a hanging lock on a file or something.

Hi, I purchased my copy of the PMDG 777 last night and have tried to install today but unfortunately I keep getting this message.  Wonder if anybody can help.  Best regards, Antonio.
