January 28, 200521 yr Hi folks!I've downloaded the Boeing 727-200adv (over at that virtual airline, forget the name) by Eric Cantu and with Richard Probst's panel. Wow, everything looks great and the aircraft flies wonderfully. Almost, anyway, because the trim is such that it is not really possible for me to fly it by hand. Each trim-click makes the aircraft pitch heavily up or down. I tried messing with the airfile with no luck. Can anyone tell me if it's just me having this problem, or tell what what I overlooked? Thanks in advance,-Halfdan
January 28, 200521 yr Halfdan,Go to the config file for that aircraft, (if I'm backwards here folks, don't kill the messenger,), open it up, find the 'flight tuning' part and go to elevator trip. it is set to 1.000. Lower that figure to perhaps 0.700 and give that a try.On Erick's model, I find no problem with the ET, howver, I use a PFC yoke and one of the buttons is set up like real life electric trim.If you are useing something else, or the keyboard, then this could be your problem. Anyway, adjust that figure and give it a try . . .should it be worse, go the opposit way. Best,Clayhttp://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...ers/Dopke01.jpgClayton T. January 28, 200521 yr As far as I can tell its not the model, it works fine with any other panel, just not the probst one. What I did that worked was to go into the controls editor and change the trim up and down sensitivity/repeat setting and that did the trick. I have the Captain Sim panel aliased to the cargo version and dont see that trim issue.Hornit
