Tried to download DX10 testing pics and setting from Paul J signature, but without success. Could someone to share it?

The FSX Graphics, Scenery and nVidia Inspectors settings are typical of what will work for you using DX10 in this post. 

 

DX9 and DX10 settings are alltogether different.
