March 22, 201412 yr Hi, when I press y for the quick adjustment and press again y to cancel the quick adjustment, the engines of my aircraft shut down Anybody know where I can set if the engines shut down? As I was just starting to learn English when I began virtual flying as a child, please excuse the poor English of my earlier posts (2015-2018) 🙂 FlightSim: MSFS2020 | JF BAe 146 Pro - PMDG 737-800 - Fenix A320 System Specs: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII FORMULA - Intel Core i7 6700K OC @ 4,3 Ghz - ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1080 Ti OC-Edition 11GB GDDR5X - 16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4-2666 - Corsair Hydro Series H110i - Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD - Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit - CH Flight Sim Yoke - CH Pro Pedals
March 22, 201412 yr Go to: settings--assignments--engine auto shutdown within FS9 and check to see if the Y key has been assigned to shut the engine down along with going to the slew mode.
March 22, 201412 yr Anybody know where I can set if the engines shut down? Check to see if the stock Microsoft C172 also shuts down when you exit the slew mode. That will give you a better idea of what is going on. If the C172 engine continues to run it may be a quirk with the aircraft you are using. You didn't tell us what aircraft that is. It is important to know whether the engine shut down happens with all aircraft or not. As forkedtail said check your key assignments engine section - engine(s) auto shutdown, . . . that should be blank or some unused 'key'. If there is a 'Y' there FS9 should have warned you that it was already in use. Did you use the FSUIPC module to set any key assignments? Regards, Mel
April 15, 201412 yr Author I installed FSUIPC but I don't set with it Key Assignments I'll try what forkedtail said Thank you for your tipps and the help  FlyingEngineer I am an enthusiastic flight simulator pilot from Germany with strong interests in aeronautics, materials science, engineering and programming.
