I am looking for a way to assign a keyboard command to functions on the overhead panel of the 737-800/900 NGX. there are no functions in the CDU and not even in the defult fsx Key Command Center. What should i do?

What functions specifically? 

If you have FSUIPC registered it's easy to do with mouse macros.

If that doesn't work, FSUIPC also has a logging feature that lets you pick out the offset values for switches/knobs in the cockpit.

If all that doesn't work, you can always write .lua functions for the commands you want using the SDK.

The last time I counted (see http://forum.avsim.net/topic/341971-pmdg-737-ngx-module-version-20/page-13#entry2558484 ) LINDA was giving access to 737 (not a misprint!) different functions in the NGX cockpit. It would therefore be surprising if the ones you want aren't included.    B)

Linda only assigns to controller/joystick buttons.

The OP said he wanted to assign functions to the keyboard.
