I'm having the same problem with emails not being delivered. In my case, I'm trying to get the download link delivered via email.

 

I ordered the electronic delivery and cd.

 

I've sent a request to help_at_jdtllc.com and it got bounced back with the same delivery message as shown in many of the recent posts.

 

JD, this morning, I sent another email to you requesting the same download link and included my order number.

 

I don't know if this latest email will be bounced, but if possible, I would like to get the link emailed to me.

 

Assuming the email will be bounced again, is there another step I can take to get the link emailed to me?

Of course, I really used the @ in place of _AT_

 

Any chance we can find another method to deliver the download link?

 

I'm assuming you want my email address and order number, but do not want to post here...

jd will be back Monday to straighten things out. There are two coincident problems. One is with UK users and virginmedia mail systems. The other with the mail system for jdtllc.com just appeared.

 

If you wish PM me a paste of your outgoing registration e-mail plus your e-mail address and I'll send it to him via private link.
