I am sure that I am being a bit thick, but having just installed the 737NGX from a disc, I can't find the general manual or the livery installer. All that is provided is a manual with a sample flight. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The actual files should be in FSX\PMDG\PMDG 737 NGX\Flight Manuals and FSX\PMDG\Livery Manager
