March 25, 201412 yr Author I just wanted to let everyone know that my problem was related to email addresses. I used a different email address to request the key code then the email address I ordered Radar Contact. I found out I have to use the same email address that I ordered Radar Contact. I'm mentioning this for future reference in case someone is searching for the same issue. Also, I want to thank JD and Ronzie for being patient with me and staying with me until I received my key code. March 25, 201412 yr Users that wish to update their registration data record should send old and new e-mail addresses and data from the registration dialog (if needing a new key) to jd_AT_jdtllc.com ( _AT_ is @) subject updated user data and key request. To just update your e-mail address for future use the automated system just send your old and new e-mail address and user name. Allow one business day or three days on a weekend for this manual update. Thank you.
