I've installed Radar Contact and generated the auto request email to obtain my key code.

 

I'm just curious how long it normally takes to get the automated response back?

When it is working maybe 30 minutes if it is a routine correctly formatted e-mail request.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my problem was related to email addresses.

 

I used a different email address to request the key code then the email address I ordered Radar Contact.

 

I found out I have to use the same email address that I ordered Radar Contact.

 

I'm mentioning this for future reference in case someone is searching for the same issue.

 

Also, I  want to thank JD and Ronzie for being patient with me and staying with me until I received my key code.

Users that wish to update their registration data record should send old and new e-mail addresses and data from the registration dialog (if needing a new key) to jd_AT_jdtllc.com ( _AT_ is @) subject updated user data and key request.

 

To just update your e-mail address for future use the automated system just send your old and new e-mail address and user name.

 

Allow one business day or three days on a weekend for this manual update.
