Mouse click problem

I have x-plane 10 installed on 2 computers of similar spec. i5 2500k, nvidia gtx 6600ti graphic card, 8gb ram on Windows 7 64bit. Both run fine but on one computer x-plane is very slow to respond to the left mouse button. The cursor is recognised as it will changed to a curve arrow when placed over a radio knob for example, but is hit or miss as to whether it will change the setting. I has sent a log to x-plane support but they say there is no apparent fault within the program, I have also downloaded the program several times with no change. This would suggest the fault may be within Windows but it seems odd only one computer is affected. Any suggestions as to the cause would be appreciated.

Problem solved! I set up a new user account to run x-plane and it now runs fine. No idea why this should make a difference but it does. Similar thing happened when I first installed Prepar3d, it worked fine at home, but when I took it to my flight sim. group 50 miles away, it refused to load. New user account, no other changes made, works fine. Why?

I have the same problem as well on Windows. It makes some of the VC's unusuable with the mouse, so I use keyboard shortcuts for everything. In FSX, I found the same problem if I had Google Chrome open, but not sure what causes it in X-Plane.

I see your point but it seems strange the problem only occurs on one system and selecting a different user account solves the problem.
