I don't know if anyone has already mentioned this, If you use CH Throttles and FF B-757 and want to better control reverse thrust you can do as I did:

Uncheck CH box under Joystick/Equipment

Assign reverse to two (2)  of the Axis levers

I recall someone asking how to fix this, hope this helps and excuse if someone else has already given this tip.

I am about to buy the CH throttles, will this tip work for reverse thrust on all jets and props ?

Can you explain how its done a little better ?

I'm surprised that no controller manufacturer has made throttles with this feature instead of the

useless idle detent !

Thanks.  Buster.

Pull up XP menu

Go to joystick Settings then Equipment

Check the CH box if you want to use prop planes eg. Carenado C-90 and assign axis levers forThrottles, Props,Mixture as normally done.

IF YOU PURCHASE B-757 Flight Factors you will not want to use the above settings as acrft will throttle up after pulling out of reverse in the throttle detent. INSTEAD uncheck that CH box referred to above under Joystick Settings/Equipment then reassign two axis levers to reverse 1 and 2 and two others to throttle 1 and 2. Do not pull the throttles all the way past  detent upon going to idle after landing.

As for other acrft if they have a problem w/ the reverse this fix should still work. I only have Carenado acrft and this one jet at present.
