Installed Ver. 2 - buildings and vehicles missing textures

Featured Replies

Greetings,

I just installed the DX 10 fixer and for some odd reason, buildings are still grey and some vehicles too.

Am I missing something?

Best regards,

Rene

Sorry, typed the above from the phone.

So here goes:

Tested dawn and day at EDDF and LSZH.

General shader is not greyed out. It is selected/ticked.

awe man r u serious...hahaha will check and retry then. i thought i read it should not be kept activated. will send an update soonest.

i have a gtx 780 on 3x 24" screens and recall that the rain fix did not work when i first installed the fixer...hope it will work now.

Ok that did the trick, thank you.

But now can you tell me what Anti Aliasing I should use? It looks crappy at the moment.

Here my Nvidia Settings:

You have AA to 2x with 2 x SSAA which is very low.

I would suggest 4x with 4x Sparse grid super sampling or possibly 8x CSAA with 4 x SGAA- ask in the DX10 discussion forum there is a useful how to doc which covers this, I support my tool - I don't claim any expertise with tuning FSX or Nvidia Inspector.
