Hello

 

I have just bought a 2nd monitor for fsx but everytime I go from fsx to a program in the right hand monitor I get a fsx has stopped working this also happens sometimes when going into window mode. 

 

Here is the info that was reported.

 

Any suggestions ?

You cannot use two monitors in full screen. Only in Windowed Mode (and be careful with that). I know. I have two monitors too and have tried.

 

The error report indicates you had a BEX (Buffer_Exception_Overrun) and a Memory Access Violation exception code. Both are very common in FSX crashes and difficult to diagnose but, in your case, you indicated using two monitors in full screen mode.

Yes. When you shutdown FSX, it will remember in what mode. So make sure you go from full screen mode to windowed mode before you shutdown. It will then start up in Windowed mode.
