Hi, something that is a pain in the ... 

 

I have no firewall activated or virus scanner so how do i prevent windows sometimes setting these to off in services ? (functionDiscovery)

Isn't windows event viewer telling you what is turning off services and when?

 

Depends offcourse if the application writes its events.

 

Do you have User Account Control enabled?

 

I recommend a virus scanner btw.
