i have updates to latest Dash 8 version, have done everything I can find to do but still get Fail in the control box on start up and can not hear audio.  Also asks me to check Speaker Vol all are on max please help I am desperate to use this software!

Are you 100 percent sure you have the latest updates from Majestic... I don't think you do... re-install the Majestic with the very latest updates, then re-install FS2Crew.

 

Also ensure UAC is off prior to re-installing (google UAC if you don't know what it is).

 

And if you're using a beta version of the "Pro Version" of the Q400, that's not gonna work....

thanks for your reply,  I have re-installed both pieces of software with the latest version and i still get the same issue 'Fail' as soon as I select the main panel.  If i select A.test it says Chk volume........

 

Not sure what to do

Excellent help problem solved.  For those that purchased the aircraft from Justflights website be sure to go to their support page, select Majestic Dash 8 and down load Hotfix 1 2 3.  I am off to immerse my self in this product

Yes, the problem was solved.

 

Everyone - you need to have the latest MJC Hotfix from where ever you purchased the Dash 8.

 

If you don't, you will see the 'fail' message.
