Hi all

 

I've tried to run the C340 installer and get a message that there is no FSX installation. This is correct as I've uninstalled FSX. However, I have a 'dummy' FSX.exe in the p3d root

 

What is the current process to install aircraft into p3d?

If the aircraft (or any addon) doesn't have a P3D installer and/or looks to the registry for the FSX location, you have two options:

 

1. Use the Estonia Migration Tool (payware)

2. Use a registry tweaker (search Google for FSX registry tool) to set the FSX installation location to the location of P3D.

 

Remember though, even if you get it installed, it may not work correctly or be licensed for use in P3D.
