Q400 + Warthog

Featured Replies

I am hoping that the Q400 and Thrustmaster's Wathog are a match made in heaven. Yes it's a stick for a yoke aircraft, but many are using the H.O.T.A.S. with

their 737's quite happily. Is anyone using this combo?

Hi would you be able to post the values you have set up within the majestic config tool for your throttle? I'm trying to figure out how to not go into the beta range when I move the throttle to idle.

Cheers

I dont use split throttle I have one lever assigned to both 1 and 2 engine, I calibrated the throttle in fsuipc and sent it to fsuipc calibration.

What I have done here is use max throttle for the "detent or ntop" and min throttle for "disc" I have put a number in for max higher than what my throttle will go and a lower number for reverse, in fsuipc I have set the throttle cut off detent on warthog throttle for max reverse.

I have used the slider for condition levers.

Just duplicate the results from left lever to right lever.

I hope this helps and makes sense.

you will still go into beta range during flight but I have got a good feel for what position on the warthog throttle that will happen just change the idle value to what feels right to you.
