$43,000,000 and counting, the first flight module "Arena Commander" (which is actually a simulator within the Star Citizen universe) is due to be released next month. Star Citizen which is a Space Exploration/Combat/Trading and FPS, looks set to be the Simulator of the Century.

Reality Is For People Who Can't Handle Simulation!

I will admit that of the $43,000,000, there is $75.00 from me.  I will also admit that I have a few nervous doubts about it; they get a little stronger every time a new funding goal is reached and more promises are made.

However, if all the promises are kept, then yes, it'll be a benchmark sim.

I'm very much looking forward to the dogfighting module release next month as well.

I like how, in the venerable tradition of computer games/sims, boobs and bum-cheeks must be emphasised on female characters even in an otherwise all-encompassing space-suit.. :P
