I have now bought the DX10 Fixer me after some considerations. Unfortunately I have in dx10 mode after about 10 minutes i have some graphic artefacts. see screenshot.

 

that only happens to dx10. dx9 works fine.

Yes it's in the manual, the last amd driver that worked was 12.4. This is true with or without the fixer ( ie it's nothing to do with the fixer)

 

You can use later drivers but you must set aa to a max of 4x and set the water slider to no more that 2.low.

 

It's worth reporting the bug to amd if enough people report it they may fix it

thanks for the reply. i hope amd will fix this problem. 12.4 is not for windows 8.1 an r9 200 series.

 

i try copy the atiumdag.dll from 12.4 or 13.2 in FSX folder.

Not work with the old atiumdag.dll from 12.4 :-(

I testet a hole month before i gave up and got myself a GTX780SC and NEVER looked back. Nvidia is much more smooth even in DX9 so move. You will not be disapointed

unfortunately I did not have the money and have my R9 280x already equipped with water cooling. 

 

Hope still on AMD. the error with 13:12 and atiumdag.dll was also resolved
