im wondering if prepar3d has any plans for better atc. i understand that it uses the same atc as fsx. i have always loved the fsx ATC because of how real it sounds compared to the other ATC softwares that sound kind of robotic. 

 

so im wondering if anyone knows if they have any plans to update the ATC for more sounds and better instructions? 

I don't think they do. They want to build a base system that allows others to build add ons to do the rest. With vox atc, radar contact etc. out there I don't think they will produce their own version too.

 

I hope I am wrong though.

One thing they could do is provide more API functions to facilitate someone to create a more comprehensive ATC program.
