June 7, 201411 yr Please see the pinned topic. Are you sure you bypassed jdtllc.com in your spam filters? Check your spam filters. How did you create the registration e-mail since the RC PC is not on the Internet to send it. If your e-mail address has changed since your first registration, it will have to be handled manually. Include your original and new e-mail addresses and user name plus your RC product code including any "-" if present to jd_AT_jdtllc.com (use @ for _AT_) subject user update for registration explaining your circumstances. On a weekend it may take a couple of days for manual processing.

In the future, for faster key generation, send an email with the following characteristics, and you will receive your key within 15 minutes: Send the request to [email protected] The subject line should be RCv4 Key Request The body of the email should contain: nnnnnnnnn ! Firstname ! Lastname Where nnnnnnnnn is the product id on the registration screen If you are using vista or windows 7, start RC by right mouse clicking the .exe or shortcut, and clicking run as administrator JD Read my blog
