June 21, 201411 yr I remember there used to be a guage that would call the ref speeds (V1, Vref, V2) based on what values you'd input. As simple as that. Couldn't find in the library... Maybe victim of the hack some time ago? Anyone can help? Thanks Ghiom
June 22, 201411 yr Not exact but maybe jelair-fs2004_vspeed-callout_gauge.zip which is auto based on weight and flaps. It is in the FS9 gauges library here. I serached under callout. "File Description:This gauge adds a co-pilot that will call-out the V-speeds during the takeoff-run (the V-speeds are also visually shown before takeoff for pre-flight verification). The V-speeds are calculated dynamically depending on aircraft-weight and flap-setting. It has been successfully tested on these aircraft: B732, B752, B741 and B742, but should work with most other popular commercial jetliners also (the auto-calculated V-speeds do not neccessarily match the true-life V-speeds of every individual aircraft down to the last exact knot, but should be close enough for good clean sim-takeoff's) " A search on v-speed rendered: dc8_50_vspeed_calc.zip is dedicated to indicated model. Also one airbus dedicated. A search on vspeed (no dash) resulted in: rcbvs-24.zip where you edit the data into the xml file. This sounds like more your request. "File Description:This FS2004 gauge calculates / displays / callsout the Vspeeds (V1,Vr,V2), Gear- and configuration warnings during takeoff. The Vspeeds are calculated based on the actual aircraft's weight and flaps position, with a correction for temperature and pressure altitude. It can be adapted to any aircraft by simply editing the .xml gauge with Notepad, entering the Vspeed values (at high and low weight) for your aircraft. Instructions and examples are included.
