It's all really up to airline SOP, but I'll give you general guidelines.

Nav - at any time the aircraft is powered (battery, GPU, or otherwise)

Beacon - on when about to push back, or start engines; off after shutting down at gate (this is a warning to ground grews to stay away, for the most part)

Taxi - on when you turn away from the gate, getting ready to taxi, off when turning landing lights off (some leave it on); on again after landing, off before turning towards the gate (those lights are bright, and you don't want to blind the guy guiding you in)

Landing - on when cleared for takeoff, off at around 10000'; on when descending through 10000, off when exiting the runway

Strobe - on when cleared for takeoff, off when exiting the runway after landing

Others:

Wing/Ice: follows landing light guidance; additionally, on when you suspect icing (to visually check the wing)

Logo: on at night, from gate to about 10000, off above; on again descending through 10000, remains on at gate
