When I flip the hud down I can see the glass, but the green display from the projector doesn't show up. I tried re installing and no luck. Any thoughts?

Re-installs rarely fix issues.  The issue is usually either user error, or something a re-install won't fix.  So, for future reference, try exhausting all other options before resorting to a re-install.  In many cases, re-installs can even make the problem worse.

If that doesn't work, submit a ticket at the same address (the account there is not the PMDG e-commerce account - you'll have to create a new one).
