I Bought the 777 2 weeks ago and i have several problems.

The Aircraft says that i Have not active the product and I didn´t know how to register it

I have all Keys and the bill of course but It´s a litter bit strange.

 

I need help Please

Best bet is to register and log in at precisionmanuals.com and submit a support ticket:

Its impossible to miss the register part.

 

A box will pop up right after you select a pmdg 777 plane.

If said box never does appear - you likely have disabled "FlexNet Licensing Services" or you are missing a critical file used - such as a C++ package. This is best handled at support. I had a similar issue and it was handled very quickly and I was missing a file that was necessary to call up the registration.
