I'm used to FSX where wheels turn with same controls as for flying, but this is not happening in P3D.

What are the controls for turning wheel left and right for taxi?

If I use the same controls as for flight, my plane will tilt on takeoff.

Rudder controls nose wheel steering, not ailerons. Those FS9/X aircraft that use ailerons are incorrectly modeled.

But you can make it work with the ailerons, but ticking the Autorudder checkbox in the P3d settings. The drawback is, the more realistic that the aircraft's flight model is, the more difficult that it becomes to properly manage a takeoff.
