Tonight's FSX flight SPIM-SAEZ presented a unique issue. All cockpit calculations, fuel flow

frame rate, etc were normal; however the aircraft moved at about 1/2 normal speed. Therefore

fuel useage was very excessive. I checked the sim acceleration and it was set to "Normal".

Perhaps this was just a one time "glitch", but I'd be interested to know if anyone else has

experienced this.

I have experience of this issue. It happens very infrequently and only 'cured' by restarting. I have yet to discover what is the cause of this strange behaviour.

Thank you for the encouraging reply Paul. My subsequent flight was perfectly normal, so

this issue is likely a freaky glitch that will raise it's ugly head only when I have been

misbehaving. On second thought, that can't be true ....... ~
