fsx windows 8,1 and the joystick dropout disconnection ?

hello guys ive searched goodgle for a week now...anyone had a real fix.. ? windows post started

they are ignoring it like its not a problem i tried all usb power fixes nothing works lose my joystick

and i cant just do any flight in FSX....so any help please !! : (
