I have looked high and low for some new documentation that comes with either the SP1, or the 777-300ER and I can't find any. Is there any documentation on the differences between the two airplanes? Or even the new features that have been added with the Sp1?

At the end of the intro manual.  The new intro manual also has a clickable table of contents now to find things more easily.
