  1. I disabled the turbulence levels with the weather program so I know it's not that. I am not really sure how this applies? It's only a couple hundred feet jumps and it happens in between legs.. so I don't see how it would go to a new altitude multiple times between waypoints? It's not searching for a new altitude it just jumps sporadically. Scott
  2. Hello, I know this has to do with my real world weather application which is the Rex essentials plus overdrive.. but I don't remember having this issue before SP1. I have been flying the 300ER and the altitude jumps 200-300 feet every now and then, sometimes less, sometimes more. I think it is correcting the altitude for the pressure every time I enter a new area with a new baro setting. I have it set to STD as I am over transition altitde. Why would it still be correcting if I am in STD mode? I took out the weather application and everything was stable so I know it is a conflict with the weather program. Any ideas? The result is it messes up my time compression and it's really annoying. Scott
  3. I have looked high and low for some new documentation that comes with either the SP1, or the 777-300ER and I can't find any. Is there any documentation on the differences between the two airplanes? Or even the new features that have been added with the Sp1? Scott
  4. That still doesn't explain that I have DX11.. so how is my flightsim using DX9c? ... and how would I even download DX10 for flightsim? You can run two different directx's? Edit: Nevermind, I'm assuming its as simple as checking the preview directx 10 box in the settings.. but I'm still not going to pay 35 bucks for something else just to get the PMDG T7 to work with it.. so I guess it's a lose lose if you dont want to shell out another 35 bucks for a fix. Scott
  5. So what is my FSX using? I looked up DXDIAG and found the version number and it says DX11... So what does that mean then? Scott
  6. I have a question about DX10. I currently have DX11.. but everyone is saying DX10 is better. First I can't even find a DX10 download for windows 7, it's all XP. Second thing is it seems like there is all kinda of problems with going back to DX10.. so I would have to buy this DX10 fixer just to get it to work right? Doesn't seem worth it since it was like 35 bucks. DX11 is not better than DX10? Thanks for the help. I am frustrated with the OOM issue as well. I agree with the mentioned above.. T7 is the worst of all payware. I can fly from a heavy airport to a heavy airport in any other payware plane including the NGX.. but with the T7 I cannot even fly from a default airport to an add on airport without an OOM. I did hear the NGX had this same issue when it first came out and was fixed with a patch.. im sure we will have the same story with SP1 for the T7. Until then... Scott
  7. Ok thank you, I will try that. May I ask how you found that out? I read the manuals and couldn't find anything. Scott
  8. I have searched high and low for this cold and dark option that is listed on their website and I just can't find it. For the Shift+5 all I have is vc windows, instrument reflections, and static elements. Can anyone help please? Scott
  9. Any way we can get this paint? The link is broken. I've been waiting for a great lakes as well and CELIS' paint looks great! Scott
  10. Hello, I really like the subtle rattling sounds from the cockpit in the t7, it really makes the plane come alive. I was thinking about trying to get the rattling sound into other aircraft but I couldn't find anything in the pmdg 777 sound folder. Is it located somewhere else or is it built into the plane somehow? Is it possible to get it into other planes? Scott
  11. One to two months after B777 release.. that's just too funny.. Scott
  12. Boeing 737-900ER's first delivery was in April 2007... not sure why you were saying it's just now being released to the airlines? Plenty of time for performance data.. lol just saying. http://www.boeing.com/boeing/commercial/737family/pf/pf_900ER_back.page Scott
  13. +1 for me, same issue. I think it is just a bug that a lot of us are experiencing. We'll see what PMDG has to say. -Scott
  14. I saw in another forum somewhere that a guy said he was happy he found the website that shows how to get the flytampa ksea into fsx but didn't share a link. Does anyone know how to do this or even know the website? I would like to get all the legacy products to work if I can. Thanks. Scott
