Nothing Works!

Featured Replies

SO, I just built a new system, cleans Windows 7, everything.  I have a clean install of FSX on a proprietary hard drive, and I have the 737NGX installed and it works fine.  I installed the 777-200LRF base pack, opened FSX and activated it.  I then installed SP1, and then the -300ER, opened FSX and activated it too.  However, nothing in the aircraft works.  Systems, displays, knobs, missing gear, no animations, etc.  I uninstalled the -300ER, then I uninstalled the 777-200LRF base pack.  I proceeded to reinstall the base pack, I opened FSX and loaded the aircraft, to find the same problem.  This time I was not prompted to activate.  I uninstalled and re-installed again, to no avail.  Any insights?

Any insights?

Did you run all the installers as an admin, and are you currently running the programs as an admin?

Did you install FSX in the Program Folders directory, or did you install it in some other folder?
