Fps Drop Causative (Based On Personal Tests)

Featured Replies

Hello,

All of you are aware of the FPS drop issue when moving the camera around inside the PMDG T7 VC. I have noticed that when i move the camera (pressing the mouse wheel using EZDOK), the PFD zoom lens shows up and starts flickering as long as i'm moving the camera around, even when the mouse is not over the PFD. when that happens, the FPS drops 5-7 frames. i don't know if i were able to explain the issue, try it out and keep an eye on the edge of your screens when you move the camera, you must see the lens. i believe this is a bug that has to be fixed, Until then, is there any method to disable the PFD zoom function ?

Hello!!

Same here, I have in VC cockipt 10 fps with edzok and about 25-30 fps outside wiev.

Regards.

Don't click on them?

The problem isn't when I click on them, it is when the mouse passes over them.

Still waiting for help :)

Thank you !

Doesn't the act of rendering the mouse on the screen cause an fps drop in fsx? If so, I doubt pmdg will be able to fix this, unless you're experiencing extra fps loss on top of the regular one experienced when the mouse pointer becomes visible.
