  I think that the model used in the animation is the one lent to Microsoft.... sure looks quite similar!

They probably did not send them that model. Or at least, they may have sent a way older version. Take note of the head light shape, for example. I just can't see any aircraft company sending the actual 3D model of their aircraft to anyone. 2D CAD drawings and access to a mock-up for photos seems a lot more likely.
