Why panel is black

Yes i did it

But they still can't find my problem

Looks like the pedestal floodlight isn't on. Make sure it is selected to the middle index mark and then use the master light control on the overhead panel to adjust the lighting.

Nope. Top right corner of your first image shows that you haven't turned the panel flood on. Do that and the "problem" will go away.
