August 5, 201411 yr I'm installing my computer from windows up and I'm having problems with the Open LC installers. The first time I installed them everything was fine, but now, the second time I install, 2 or 3 of the packages install properly and from the 3rd or 4th package I do get the 'prepare for install' process and after that the installer just quits. I thought it might be in one of the installers and tried to install in different orders, but this doesnt help, its completely random and sometimes 3 pack install right, another time 2 packs... Anyone know how to install all 4 packs without installers quitting? Cheers! Maarten
August 5, 201411 yr Heya Maarten, You may want to try the "Nick Needham" approach to fix this, i.e., install one region, reboot, run FSX/P3D, and then reboot again. Rinse and repeat. Laborious, but Mister Needham, for all his foibles, does know his way around creating a stable system. August 5, 201411 yr Author I learned a lot from his FSX installation procedures, indeed. But I think I found the problem myself, already: Harddisc space... My P3D harddisc is full! :( Time for a bigger one, I guess. Cheers! Maarten
